At Forever Devine, we understand how important it is that your designer garment arrives safely, securely and on time. Every order is carefully packaged and entrusted to reputable courier services, with tracked delivery used wherever possible.

UK Delivery

UK orders are dispatched using a tracked and/or signed-for service, with Next Day delivery available where applicable.

Once your garment has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided so that you can follow your delivery.

International Delivery

International Forever Devine orders are shipped using a tracked express courier service. Tracking details will be provided once your garment has been dispatched.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, local customs procedures and circumstances outside of Forever Devine's control.

Customs Duties & Import Charges

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by the relevant customs authorities and are not included in the garment price or standard delivery charge unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

Forever Devine is unable to predict or control customs charges applied after dispatch.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all applicable customs and import charges are paid promptly to avoid delays or the parcel being returned.

Secure Delivery

Due to the value and bespoke nature of many Forever Devine garments, customers should ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery where a signature is required.

Please check your delivery details carefully when placing your order. Forever Devine cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

At Forever Devine, every garment is created with exceptional attention to detail. Many of our pieces are handmade, made-to-order or created specifically to a client's measurements and requirements.

Because of the bespoke nature of our work, our returns and refund process differs depending on the type of purchase.

BESPOKE & MADE-TO-MEASURE ORDERS

Bespoke and made-to-measure garments are created specifically for the individual client and may include custom measurements, fabrics, colours, embellishments, embroidery or design alterations.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a bespoke commission and begin production.

This deposit contributes towards design work, consultation time, sourcing and purchasing materials, pattern development and production.

Once materials have been ordered, cut or production has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable if the client chooses to cancel the order.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid in accordance with the payment schedule agreed at the time of ordering and before the completed garment is dispatched or collected.

Due to their personalised nature, bespoke and made-to-measure garments cannot normally be returned or exchanged simply because the client has changed their mind.

This does not affect the client's statutory rights where an item is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

MADE-TO-ORDER GARMENTS

Certain Forever Devine designs may be produced specifically after an order has been placed.

Where a garment has been customised or produced to a customer's individual specifications, cancellation and return rights may be restricted.

Customers will be informed when purchasing whether their garment is considered personalised or bespoke.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Every Forever Devine garment is inspected before dispatch.

If you believe you have received an item that is faulty, damaged or materially different from your confirmed order, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

• Your full name• Order number• Description of the issue• Clear photographs or video showing the issue

We will review the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

A customer will not be limited to a 50% refund where they are legally entitled to another remedy because the garment is faulty, misdescribed or does not conform to the contract.

ALTERATIONS & FIT

For made-to-measure garments, customers are responsible for ensuring that measurements supplied to Forever Devine are accurate unless Forever Devine has taken the measurements directly.

Where incorrect measurements have been supplied by the customer, additional alteration charges may apply.

Where Forever Devine is responsible for an error in the agreed measurements or construction, we will work with the client to resolve the issue appropriately.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, please contact Forever Devine immediately.

For bespoke commissions:

Before production/material purchasing begins: any refund will be assessed according to work already undertaken and costs already incurred.

After materials have been purchased or production has begun: the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

After substantial completion or completion of the garment: additional amounts may remain payable depending upon the stage of production and the terms agreed for the commission.

RETURN AUTHORISATION

Please contact Forever Devine before returning any garment.

Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Where a return has been authorised, customers will receive return instructions. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service appropriate to the value of the garment.

REFUNDS

Where a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method in accordance with applicable consumer law and payment-provider processing times.

Original or return delivery costs will be handled according to the reason for the return and the customer's applicable statutory rights.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing within this Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Policy is intended to exclude or restrict any rights or remedies that customers have under applicable UK consumer law.

Every Forever Devine garment is individually crafted with meticulous attention to detail. As many of our designs involve specialist construction, hand-applied embellishment, embroidery and couture finishing techniques, production times vary depending on the complexity of each piece.

Bespoke & Made-to-Measure

Our standard production timeframe for bespoke and made-to-measure garments is approximately 4–8 weeks from confirmation of your order, receipt of your deposit and approval of all required measurements and design details.

Highly embellished or complex couture pieces may require additional production time. Where this applies, an estimated completion timeframe will be discussed and agreed with you before production begins.

Rush Orders

If you require your garment sooner, please contact Forever Devine before placing your order.

Rush commissions may be accepted depending on our current production schedule, fabric availability and the complexity of the design. An additional rush production fee may apply.

Important Dates

If your garment is required for a wedding, red carpet appearance, photoshoot, performance or other special event, please provide your event date when making your enquiry.

We strongly recommend allowing additional time for fittings, alterations, international delivery and customs clearance where applicable.

Please note that production time and delivery time are separate. Your estimated production timeframe refers to the creation of your garment and does not include shipping or customs processing.
