SHIPPING

 Every order is carefully packaged and entrusted to reputable courier services.
UK orders are dispatched using a tracked and/or signed-for service, with Next Day delivery available where applicable.
International orders are shipped using a tracked express courier service. Tracking details will be provided once your garment has been dispatched.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, local customs procedures and circumstances outside of Forever Devine's control.
Customs Duties & Import Charges
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
 

RETURNS/REFUNDS

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your bespoke commission and initiate production. This deposit covers design work, consultation time, sourcing materials, pattern development, and production. Once materials are or production has begun, the deposit is non-refundable if the client decides to cancel the order. The remaining 50% balance must be paid according agreed payment schedule before the completed garment is dispatched or collected. Due to their personalized nature, bespoke and made-to-measure garments cannot typically be returned or exchanged simply because the client has changed their mind, although this does not affect the client’s statutory rights in cases of faulty items or those not as described.

BESPOKE

 Forever Devine designs are created specifically after an order is placed. If a garment has been customized or made to your individual specifications, your cancellation and return rights may be limited. You will be informed at the time of purchase whether your garment is considered personalized or bespoke.
ALTERATIONS & FIT For made-to-measure garments, customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements to Forever Devine, unless we have taken the measurements ourselves. If incorrect measurements are provided by the customer, additional alteration charges may be incurred. In cases where Forever Devine is at fault regarding the agreed measurements or construction, we will collaborate with the client to resolve the issue appropriately.
